inareview is an independent review site run by Roy Douele. Every product is bought or independently sourced, used over a meaningful period, checked against published research, and scored out of 10. No brand pays for a review, approves content before publication, or influences a score. Reviews are free to read.

Because nothing here is paid for by a brand, and every claim is checked against published research rather than against the label.
Roughly three-quarters of US adults take dietary supplements (Council for Responsible Nutrition 2024 Consumer Survey, conducted by Ipsos), yet under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 the US Food and Drug Administration does not approve dietary supplements for safety or effectiveness before they go on sale. Writing in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2015, Geller and colleagues estimated 23,005 emergency department visits a year linked to supplement adverse events. I source it, use it over a meaningful period, analyze each ingredient or feature against published research, compare it against the best alternatives, score it, and revisit it as formulations, prices or evidence change. Where a product carries independent verification, such as USP Verified or NSF Certified for Sport, the review says so. The full process is in my testing methodology.
I buy or independently source what I test, so no brand-supplied sample can shape the result.
I use each product over a meaningful period and record how it performs in everyday conditions.
I check every claim against published research and compare the product against the best alternatives.
