Whether you have a question about one of my reviews, spotted a mistake I should correct, or want to suggest a product for testing, I want to hear from you.
Corrections come first. If you believe something here is wrong, tell me what it is and where you found it, and point me to a source if you have one. Every article carries a review date: a correction that holds up gets the article updated and that date changed. Readers who flag errors do more for the quality of this site than anything else I do.
Product suggestions are welcome. Tell me the product, where it is sold, and what you actually want to know about it. Products are bought at full price and assessed against the criteria in my testing methodology. I cannot promise a timeline, and being suggested earns a product nothing beyond a place in the queue.
What I cannot help with. I am not able to give personal health, medical or dietary advice, recommend a dose for your situation, or tell you whether a supplement is safe alongside your medication. Those questions belong with a doctor or pharmacist who knows your history. Everything published here is general information.
Brands and PR. I do not accept paid placements, sponsored reviews, gifted products in exchange for coverage, or link insertions, and those emails will not get a reply. Brands are welcome to send a correction about a factual error in a review, and it will be handled exactly like any other correction.
